Inspectors are qualified to EN ISO 9712:2012 for visual testing, dye penetration testing and magnetic particle testing.
Fabrications can be manufactured in excess of 10 meters in length and weighing up to 20 tonnes.
Flame-cut capacity on-site utilising 12mtr x 3mtr and 7mtr x 2.5mtr CNC flame and plasma gas cutting machines with capabilities to flame-cut from 5mm to 250mm thickness and plasma cut from 0.5mm to 45mm thickness.
